They take any where between 10 - 12 weeks on the average. The lucky ones get it in 6 and the unlucky ones in 20 weeks. A lot depends on the completeness of the application as well. If the case...

Yes, provided you've applied before 1st July, 2010. Converting 175 (independent) to 176 (state sponsored) and 176 (family sponsored) to 176 (state sponsored) has been take off for applications lodged...

You can. But, applying being in Australia doesn't change anything as 175 is an offshore visa and as such you'll not be entitled to get a Bridging visa.

886 is an onshore GSM visa for those who've completed 2 years of study in Australia.

As such, 457 visa is not a provisional visa like 475/487, hence there doesn't exist any direct pathway to get...

It's the PCC Issue Date you talking about e.g., if the PCC is issued on Feb 24th 2011, then the expiry date would be Feb 23rd, 2012.

What you do with it i.e., send it to Australia and how long...
