ndrobert, they dont do security checks on the beneficiary , they will check the name of the petioner, thats it, it should not take long... i think since u had rfe thats y its taking a bit longer....

robert, try checking if ur address that is listed with them is correct. maybe it was a mailing error. u shuld have recieved something by now...

my case was sent on April 9th, and still no packet 3, and the embassy says theres no record if our case in their system yet
more waiting....

does anyone know of a case NOT being approved at MSC?
i always see "approvals" then they r sent to the foreign consulates for issuing the actual visa or denying it. I have never seen an application...

hi candice. when did u contact your congressperson? call them again, or fax them. this is probably due to ur husband being from morroco and security checks. what does your online status say?
