What Service Center did you mail your I-130 to? Also what is your receipt date on that?

IT WAS CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER.RECIPT DATE WAS
OCTOBER 15th 02.LIKE K3 GOT AN RFE SENT THE REQUESTED PAPER CSC SHOWS THEY RECIVED IT ON APRIL 7th & AMAZINGLY LIKE MY K3 IT GOT APPRVED 2 DAYS LATER.

I don't know if you've checked lately but they've changed the
I-130 processing time to 900 to 999 days at the TSC...

Thanks Seana and yes after I had read somewhere yesterday about that I checked our SRC online and sure enough there were the new "improved" figures. I am sure that the fact that TSC has NOT changed the case dates (8 June 01) since November might have something to do with it.............

Yeah, about that 999 days. Our I-130 is through TSC too. Does this have to be approved before we file for AOS? Our 2 year K-3 will be expired long before the I-130 gets approved. What do we do if the I-130 isn't approved in 2 years?

hi,
please help some body i try to call MSC 816-251-1824,it says no life assistance at this time ..it is now 4:30pm est ...can some body tell me how to get live assistance (i mean which option to choose)..still waiting for rfe letter,web site said if u will not recived in 14 days then u can call .Today is the day (14 DAYS GONE) please help me to get that RFE letter from MSC

Unfortunately there is absolutely NO LIVE assistance at MSC!!! Trust me, I learned the hard way. The BCIS help hotline will be of no help. I guess your only other option would be writing to them or contacting your congressional rep (and pray) they will do something. I would do BOTH...PRONTO!!!! That letter probably got lost in the mail and you are out of luck.

When my husband told me the good news there was a misunderstanding.....a GOOD misunderstanding.

His interview is June 3 not June 10....A WHOLE WEEK EARLY!!!!!!!

I am sooooo happy! Only 7 weeks 3 days....and counting!

Well we're one step closer-I emailed London Thursday to see if they got my file from NVC. No answer, BUT my husband called this am to say he had gotten the packet from London today. Guess that answers my emai, .

I was just looking through some info that I had printed out from a website on the K3 and it said that of course there is no live person to talk to at the MSC BUT it also said that the National Service Customer Service Center will contact the MSC IF there is a problem that needs to be resolved.........It's worth a try.......

Hi Robert,

In addition to what Cindy recommended, which is trying the National
Customer service you should also tell your Congress person. Their
liason can contact the MSC liason who can find out. There is no live
person available at MSC at this time. This is what I have been told
even by National Customer Service operator. When they will provide
live assistance is unknown. Meanwhile if you used an attorney they
would have been sent the letter if they are mentioned on the submitted
petition. You would not receive it. Thats what happened to me and
thats what my lawyer said is the procedure.

Again there is NO live service. I know its frustrating. I hope it
shows up in next weeks mail which is quite possible. Also check if
they have your correct address. I am not sure National service center
can check that.

I hope it turns up soon.
