Yahoo NVC now on to Casablanca!

Called NVC, spoke to a NICE lady this time instead of the B*** and she said they Received our approved I-129f on March 19 and BEST OF ALL sent it to Casablanca March 24! Now on to the next step of this glourious journey!

I am sooooooooooo happy! I am hoping and praying that soon, VERY soon, insha allah, my husband will be back in my arms! I have updated my time line as well in my signature and will post on all the right threads! Just wanted to celebrate!!!! Wnated to have the happy face dance, but forgot how to do that!

I was reading through the posts.....they got his file? Then it should only take a few more weks...they approved us after only a week! From the time they received his file March 5 and when they approved us March 11Hang in there girl you can do it!!!!

For all the December people out there... Hang in there. I am mid Dec (1st NOA) and got my 2nd NOA a couple of weeks ago !!!

Thank you Candice for your luck rubbed off on me I just called NVC myself after reading many posts about the number and faxes and such. I am having a Lawyer handle my case so I am not all sure what exactly he has done but what ever it was it worked. The NVC has already fowarded the petition to the embassy dated March 20th. I have only spoke to my Lawyer briefly upon returning home on the 21st. I have an appointment to see him tommorrow at 1 PM EST. In all honestly I could probably get to the NVC offices in the same time it takes me to drive to the lawyer (50-60 minute drive) I will be sure to ask him if he had to fax anything to NVC for I didnt do a thing. I was in Japan when all of this started moving !!! Hopefully this train will keep moving right along for its been a long ride.

When I called NVC I got an automated system and thought I could just enter my receipt number instead of talking to a live op... I was a little leary on calling account of it said not to call for 90 days. Well after I didnt hear a choice for MSC I had no choice but to press #5 for live op... I was on hold for no more than 2 minutes and was kinda stumped on what to ask so I started asking about the 4 month valid question I had and if I couldnt contact them until after 90 days what would I be able to do, account of only one valid month would be left. She than asked for my reciept number and asked me the name and DOB of my wife (beneficary) and told me that they (NVC) had the file and fowarded it to the consulate and the consulate would recieve it in about 10 business days.

Hope this gives you guys/gals waiting strength and hope !!! For I have recived these things from alot of people ahead of me... keep jumping those hurdles !!! Now I gotta read the back of the persons shirt that is ahead of me to find out what the next hurdle is

Thats great news !!! Today must be a very lucky day !!! I had a smile on my face after hearing about my approval being sent fwd and now that I hear your great news I am smiling from ear to ear !!!

That sure was a fast one Salooni !!! Maybe you should buy a lottery ticket and after you win loan me some money LOL Make sure you pick number 44 !!! Thats how many days it took you to get from 1st NOA to approval !!! Thats got to be some type of landspeed record !!!

Congrats again !!!! If this helps you any I got my 2nd NOA Dated the 7th of march and just found out today that NVC received it and FWD to the consulate on the 20th. So if yours follows the same path that will make your FWD date April 8th !!!

Hey guys!!

I can't stop crying or smiling!!!

I checked my email a little while ago and found this:

"The appointment for your husband's visa interview is scheduled for April 8.
Written notification of the date and time of the appointment was sent to you
on March 25."

London is so efficient!! My husband received packet 3 from them on Friday, sent it back Saturday and now has an interview date!!!

AND the best part is, it's less than 2 weeks away!!!!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!!!

See...i posted about a MSC approval with a 1st NOA in February for Alma and here is a second one !!!! You are really really really lucky !!! I waited almost 4 months for mine. I hope MSC keeps working at this speed !! January guys, hang in there!
