"Costco *IS* cheaper in some areas" - as for $1 saving on the Milk, most everything else in small quantities is more expensive compared to price match shopping, so $1 savings, $5 more on a grocery...

what about the folks that do live from payday to payday who do not have any debt?

I suppose some folks that work hard, rent, maybe who also have children consider the basic 'necessity of life...
