Craigslist - Appartment retnal prices

Hi All - we're starting to look at rentals on Craigs for March and wanted to check about the quoted prices on there.

At home (in London at least) then the landlord knew that the advertised price...

Congratulations, always nice to hear a good news story. We've only been in Vancouver 3.5 weeks now but have to say we are loving it. Sure when hubby starts work on Tuesday and I resume the search...

it was a fairly straightforward process but long! We were on the old simplified route so it took us 2 and a half years to get the visa - which felt like a lifetime!

We were meant to land...

Sheraton Wall Centre (Burrard Street) - lovely but expensive - personally don't really see it's worth the money.

Crowne Plaza (Burrard Street) - nice hotel, fairly mid range...

We got the train down there from Toronto - lovely journey and nice carriages. You have to get a cab from the station to the Falls but it's only a few dollars.

When you log on to the CIC website what number do you use then? I'd assume it's that?

I think the file number is the same as the AOR - it begins with B00....

we've just booked our landing accmodation. We have rented a holiday appartment in downtown Vancouver which we stayed in a few years ago. It's quite pricey $2000 for a month but includes all bills...

Well we booked our flight and first months accommodation last night for when we land! 4th March is booked firmly in the diary.... just hope the rest of the year goes as fast as this year has already...
