Hi All - we're starting to look at rentals on Craigs for March and wanted to check about the quoted prices on there.

At home (in London at least) then the landlord knew that the advertised price would be negotiated down between 10 and 15% and accepted that as long as you were a tenant. Is it the same here or is it a case of the price is the price and if it's popular then it's more?
