Finally, EAD Approved!

After 7 months of waiting, I got an email notification from BCIS, re: my EAD approval.

So, you guys who have also been waiting, will probably be getting your EADs within the week.

What does it say on the June/July notice that you recieved ? Does it say your application was "approved?" Its unlikely that you got approved that quick, maybe what you have is the "Notice of Action"...

Yep, I am a k3er preparing to adjust my status.

Its against the law to work without EAD and you cant get SSN if you dont have it.

You can only apply for an interim EAD after 90...

You're welcome. You might even get an approval earlier than you expect, judging from my own searching online ( and by others from this forum too) about EAD applications, CIS has been approving...

Hi Gracie,

If you go to local office to apply for an interim EAD card, the first thing they will do is check on their system the status of your case. If it says its approved, they will not issue...
