Galway is a great place although it's a bit small. I don't live too far from there bit rural so I tend to go galway when I can. Anyway good luck with the move....and keep in touch :thumbup:

Ferries from Liverpool are very cheap but take hours might not be what you are looking for, other than that make sure you are being quoted for a slow ferry and not a high speed craft.
