Well i'm not fit enough to do those sort of journeys anymore. I did look at one-way van hire but can't get anything with more than 3 seats, we need 4. I don't pay road tax anyway and the insurance...

That's something i'm still trying to wok out. Whether the NHS will continue or if the Spanish equivalent will take over. Tis all very confusing with more E numbers than a tube of smarties :-/

RE. War Pension. Does your hubby get any of the supplements, and was there any problem getting them paid abroad? I did get WP in Germany but only 40% + ALSO.

We test her INR at home normally but i don't think we would get a machine in Spain unless we can get one here to take with us.

No, that's exactly it. We just need somewhere to stay for a few months while we get ourselves sorted. We've lived out of boxes before so we only need to take the essentials to live such as the big TV...

I meant i wanted to sell the brit plated vehicle on once i'd bought a car in Spain. Would save a lot of trouble i think.
