1) Houses are worth what people are prepared to or able (via a loan) to pay for them. Now loans have recenlty been harder to get so there is less money around and people just cant...

duty free carry in they will give you a sealed bag and put the drink in that will then get scanned and...

Fine you save after tax personally I think it would be better is the gov let people save without taxing them, or provided a better state work related pension.

Pensions,

My pension in the UK comes out of my gross salary pre tax, in NZ any savings come out post tax and get taxed that = shit.

Yeah remember no tax free amount so paperboys pay tax :-(

You will be taxed at a pretty high rate then have to pay for medical insurance and pensions are shit....
