Thanks Jim, yes have tried to pursuade him to come out and at least give it a go, but he is adamant and at almost 16 can not force him, he realises the consequences as explained to him time and time...

We have our 90 letter and getting our info together to send off, my 16 year old son does not want to immigrate or have a medical which means i have to sign a declaration to say we are...

Well have got to say you can not get any more straight forward than that......... Are you doing this yourself or are you using an immigration lawyer? Not really sure if this makes a difference or...

I think applications submitted before 27th Feb 2008 goes the old route, which ours was, in Calgary on TWP so now fast tracking, maybe we are being a litttle impatient :rofl:

Just wondered if any body has fast tracked their PR around February 09 time, if so has anybody heard anything yet? I know its still early days but this damn process takes over your lifes!!!!

Thank you and both sons have passports, but the down side is that his dad has my sons passport and wont even give it to my mum so she can book him a ticket to come out in a couple of months time and...

Thanks once again Chumley, thankfully i kept hold of the long birth certificate and only gave his dad the short one, and yes my other son is with us in Canada and i also already have a signed...
