So it turns out all I had to do was go in to ICBC and show them a letter that I have applied for PR. I got 60 days from doing this.

thats right you also need to become a member which is another £30
i booked my flights last friday it was about £650. i faxed them all the info and i got the work authorisation letter on the saturday!
