Yes, everyone has an alcohol licence who purchases alcohol at the Al Ain stores. Why would you infer on a PUBLIC bulletin board that you would not need one?

I believe the police station at Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi is the place to go. Might have changed though. I think there's some info on the Abu Dhabi police webpage. Spinneys does have the forms...

I believe maids can work part-time as long as their sponsor/employer does not object. The notice boad at Abela, NIALA Newsletter and and the Al Ain Expat Yahoo group are good places to catch the news...
