My agent didn't give me the source unfortunately.

I have queried it stating that I know personally of February and March applications getting case officers and visas. I await his reply.

We're thinking of reducing ours by 10k. Our EA told us that last week they only had 3 viewings in total. :(

Good thing the prices are reducing in Oz too. :)

It is nice to hear some good news.

They told me on the 10th July that they were having cases assessed which were lodged with DIAC in Nov/Dec.

It's the same agent.

We've found them prompt in responses too.

When I asked them why they had sent our application paper they told me they were having problems with online applications and...

I spoke with our agent a couple of weeks ago and he told me they had received CO's for Nov/Dec applicants. We're February, he said we should here something in about 2 months. Fingers crossed, but...

We had our medicals done in March, it didn't include full bloods though, but an x-ray for our elder daughter.

The number was on the list our agent gave us, I don't have it now, but it's...

We had our medicals done in Wrexham.

Got an appointment within 1 week and it cost £600 for 2 adults & 2 kids (12 & 8 years).
