But your insurance is only valid for goods that have been packed and unpacked by professionals. So if something gets broke on route and you have packed it then you can not claim for it....

Nope, no wind-up. Just checked and found it. No weight restriction by the looks of it but seems to be aimed at gifts, clothing etc for Christmas. Great news as I love their underwear.:D
