Sea freight is a lot more lenient than air, so you can take what are classified as Dangerous Goods (ie flammables, corrosives etc).

Just a total guess, but I would think that the dryer function would increase the water...

Personally (ok I am biased a bit here) I would check out Helensvale: its an older suburb, and for that, the blocks the houses are on tend to be larger than the new suburbs (such as Pacific Pines).
