With all the talk of a lack of community spirit in the UK (rightly or wrongly) do you find that you get along better with your neighbours and generally have a better sense of community...

I'm in my second year at Uni in the UK; I'm studying down in Kent; but my Dad's from Aus so I thought that I'd offer my advice:)

I can see why you have doubts about moving to Aus but...

Hi Rachael,

It really depends on when you're going. If you're heading out this (British) summer, and you're looking for hot weather then Queensland would be a good place to start. The wet season...

I didn't get a signed contract, just paid in cash at the end. It's my own fault really:sneaky:but you learn..

The exam results went okay, not fantastic but I passed. I'm off to Canterbury in 3 weeks to study French at the University of Kent. I'm quite late with everything...
