You need to phone and speak to them first outlining your case - then if they decide your complaint has merit, you will be given the email of the head of department to state your complaint. Sorry but...

We applied for both and did a permanent residency medical which covered BOTH applications - I'm not sure but if you do a temporary medical for the 457 I don't think it can count towards a 175...

Don't feed the bank any more money as their exchange rates are generally crap and you have to pay for the service!
We used HIFX who are excellent and don't charge a thing - they actually refund you...
