How many sold UK houses in the past few months??

Despite all my anxieties my EA told me today that our buyers are still very keen.
Here's hoping
We did much the same as a previous poster. We asked for a realistic valuation then dropped the price quite quickly.
We have included the cooker, all blinds and all curtains.

We had 2 houses to sell before leaving in June this year, we have been lucky in the fact one of the houses sold and completed in Dec, but the one we are left with, well, no viewers and we have dropped the asking price by 10K, wouldn't mind but the house is a FTB dream. Lets just hope something good happens soon to the gloomy housing market.

ours is currently on the market has been for the past few weeks two viewings so far. first viewers told EA that they loved the house and would be putting in an offer they have sold their house and are currently in a rental but two weeks later no offer EA has remained in contact with them and are telling us they are still interested but are waiting on their financial advisor, sounds fishy to me
i think the way the market is people are holding back to see what happens. all i want now is to get rid of it and start new life in Queensland just got to see how it goes i think

Yeah, we are currently selling our BTL, don't know if we got lucky but buyers are well keen and gave notice on their rental two weeks ago - we had it up for 120k and sold for 117k after a LOT of negotiating (went something like - 108.5k
-110k- 112.75k- defo no more than 115k - declined again, then agreed at 117k
)They have 'fallen in love' with the house though and if someone makes the psychological bond to really wanting it you're on to a winner?
Like i said we got lucky as we sold our main house at a discounted price.
