Yes, you will have to re-validate your ACS skills assessment & yes you will have to pay an amount for the re-validation. I did that in Oct last year and received the results letter in Jan 09.

IELTS submitted after the online application was lodged i.e. sat for IELTS and submitted to DIAC at a later date but before a CO was allocated. Not a british passport holder.

Application lodged in Jan 08 ; visa refused on the above grounds in Sept 08. Now awaiting ACS re-validation results before making a fresh application.
Will use an agent this time round for the 175...

Today's the day - 8 mths anniversary for me :rofl: Does this mean i'll have my CO soon too i.e. when i reach 9 mths?

Applied for 175 online 080108 & frontloaded everything they'll need...
