Yes i agree you cant beat a wood burning stove for effect and general good feeling.Mine is a Dovre in perfect working order ,after 5 winters just serviced it with the new rope...

Normally being stored to season ready for the future.Some here in the south spray with diesel to stop insects getting into the wood.Its not a decoy for insects.

Unseasoned wood is a problem if you are burning it in a woodburner as it causes tar and condensation in the chimney,and generally causes smoke problems.

Get ready for Spain it closes with the exception of a very few Garden centres and some large stores on saturday lunchtime. Sunday everything is closed in Malaga except those Opencor shops...

The security guards are there to stop you walking out with the property of Carrefour. When we asked them to look at the Cameras they said they did not even work. They were very good at looking sorry...
