I think you can still send them an email though. Would also be interested in knowing whether anyone is selling at a sensible price.

Is anybody else in the same boat?:
Friends of mine recently bought a house from a builder where electricity is PENDING with the promise of 6 months to connect. Their solicitor negotiated a retention of quite a good lump of money until it is.
Maybe this might give the lever if the electricity is not connected in the future, to your timescale. If the builders are confident it will be connected why should they object.
Everyone blames Sevilliana Endesa here and i have some sympathy with that they are in a time warp as far as customer service is concerned.
Good luck and proceed with caution

Hello David

I have just read your message and I have several prime location plots which I may sell one of. I am down on 19th Nov until 21st so if you would like to meet up please contact me. I am unable to pm you at the moment as there seems to be a problem - I am not sure what it is!!! If anyone can explain how to pm I would be very grateful.

Intrigued to know what you considor to be a sensible price? All plots were priced at €120.28 per sq m when released by Fadesa in 2003 and god is not making anymore. Some are at the top of a cliff at the back of footpath, some like ours slope away at about 1 in 8 some are odd shapes and a few are flat level from footpath to fairway and have uniform width front to back!

You should have enough posts now for the PM facility to start working.

That was a fair price :-)
Some of the agents are asking somewhat more now I believe!

The highest priced one I have heard of was €300 p sq m but that was for a unique reason. €200 seems to be more common though..

Hi
We are hoping to start building later this year. Has anybody got a reliable guide to building costs per metre.

Thanks

Dave & Lynn
