looksgood....Regarding your Baguio questions - I looked at Baguio as a place to settle when I first came over to the Philippines. Baguio has the advantage of a much cooler climate(by 5 - 10 degrees)...

Mindianao is the largest southern island of the Philippines. When you say "North of the Philippines" do you mean Taiwan ? Or do you mean the northernmost Philippine island of Luzon. I live in Luzon....
