good choice we love it in Upper Hutt also .Auckland too spread out and poor commuting without a doubt as I found out last week when there on company business for just 2 days ,that was enough.

Good choice Toyota are so good at making MPV`s,like you said though a little heavy on fuel but hey my toyota only does 100 kms per 10 litres on a good day so am I worried .2 tons of heavy 4x4 to pull...

We have bird feeders in the garden and get a good selection of local wild birds using them .Mostly they are the same birds you get in the UK as a lot of them were introduced here .It is nice to see...

We have a wood pellet fire that is fan assisted ,combined with a dehumidifier we have warm rooms throughout the house and very rarely wet windows .Bearing in mind also that the house is only 2 yr old...
