Re: Bisto. In the English shop in Onehunga, Auckland. Now called Lane's Market I think. Anyway, they do a 1.5kg box of Bisto Beef granules. $30. Not as good as the original...

Well, what a whirlwind it has been. Arrived in NZ Nov 2009 and literally got off the plane running. I can't believe we achieved what we did and with 2 pugs in tow too, thanks to BEVS x...

I wrote the above comment back in Sept whilst still in the UK....look at what we have got going now:D

We have stacks of plum tomatoes, which I will jar up. Will also be doing some sun-dried too....

The picture you took is one of Blackberries......similar to Boysenberries but smaller. We make apple and blackberry pie with them...really nice.
