Guys, is there a water ban in Melbourne? how does this work, can we clean the cars each week like we do here or is that a big no no. Watering the flowers etc, can that be done?

We spend around £50 - £60 on food a week, from Tesco and mostly organic food, 2 adults, a toddler and a 7 month old. By the sounds of it the shopping will be a lot more?

i'm using peter chiam at ptlabs, absolutely top bloke and really knows his stuff.

The 15 point thing was a bug in the online system but it's been fixed now, i applied online last thursday.
