KS is pretty nice, as is most of Toowoomba.
I came from Rochdale (Lancashire) and worked in north Manchester and there is nothing over here that is any worse than either of those places:lol:...

I sent the nomination first and when that was approved I sent in the application forms etc. I used the Parramatta office and the nomination was approved within 10 days.

Just to let you all know that DIAC can work really well at times ;)
My RSMS visa was lodged on the 26/04/09 and the visa was granted on the 11/06/09 :thumbsup:

Maybe it is a state thing but when we went to get our qld licence we just filled in the form, showed them UK licence and paid for a 5 yr licence. Had to have photos done as well and that was it new...

My OH already had his car and bike licence from the UK and it was a straight swap for a Qld one but he had to remind them it was for both car and bike
