One piece of advise I would always give, keep all parties seperate, dont link any together, so dont use anything the estate agent gives you, same with solicitor, most get commission on your sale etc....

Thats good advise from jdr, I used one in Torrevieja, she was very good, English girl with fluent Spanish, they also provide full fiscal representation.
