Actually the whole thing was a Mossad scam. Bush decided to invade based on MI6 intel that Iraq was buying Uranium from Nigeria. MI6 were scammed by Mossad who planted false documents in Nigeria....

As long as you filed a tax return. If you haven't file it now! Download the 1040 or 1040EZ from irs.gov. You will need your W2 though. Since you should be non-resident you should be able to claim...
