We seem to be going round in circles here. I am not resident in Spain, but I do a tax return in Spain via the Solicitor - I pay her fee and the "wealth tax" which has not ceased.

Not often in Spain so not seen the notice but will look next time we are "home". The UK is terrible or at least Lancashire is: nearly 12 months from referral to op and then it wasn't done properly...
