I had the same problems last year, it seems to be that you cant use it if this is the first time you have submitted a tax return in Oz, I filled in the e-tax form printed mine off and posted it last...

Thanks for the reply we have got our visa's in our passport and have not lost these. We have lost all hubby's TRA, trade certificates etc, he needs to give these to Tafe to get his qualification...
