Just FYI this was for one months water in May (no one at the house) they've just taken another 1300 in September (again no one at the house) so I'm wondering if someone is nicking my water.....

Just in the process of checking. I think it could be EUC or IBI at this stage I don't know.

I've said it before but La Manga was on it's knees until Hyatt knocked down and built a new hotel. So who know's?

Some kind of big net (gardens are quite small so this isn't as daft as it sounds)? A fairly high powered fan?

My guess would be capital cost for fit out would make it unviable.

It always amazes me how I can go almost anywhere in Portugal and get perfect grilled fish. It generally doesn't matter how "rough and ready" the place looks either, it's always good and really fresh...
