when i first moved out i had a load of hifi and stuff i used an up and down transformer, its basicly a converter a lot of prople use them.
best advice is to buy from the US if you can.

Hi Belinda

Once you have the job every thing will be taken care of by the employer, house and transport (depending of job).
all non bajans need work permits and they are v tight on the rules...

I think we have all forgotten one thing, if you want to life like a celeb then you need all the money you can get, i lived there took home $2000 bds pm, paid rent on an apt in sunset crest ate out...

Depending on the firm you could be driving a pickup, if you have to go on site.

I lived in Barbados for nine years, coundnt wait to get back to UK, but i find myself drawn back for as long as i can.
The best way is to become self employed it takes some money...
