I've been managing care homes for for 5 years now(RGN) dementia, YPD, Learning Disabilities. Has anyone out there got any similar experience, as when move to Oz will have to go back to hands on...

We used Visa Bureau. No problems. case worker was always helpful and at the end of the phone when we needed. She still is actually, and can give info on schools, jobs etc in the area you want to live...

Thanks. we're just finding it hard to gain info before visa comes through about terms/conditions etc. They dont seem keen to give info before you have residency. Will have to be patient!!!:huh:

Our medicals - chest x ray, blood tests, urine,weight, height,eyetest, general examination-stomach,back etc.
Kids- no blood tests, did weight, height, eyetest, small examination.
Didnt bother about...

So now I'm sh**ing myself. If you spray your house does it not keep the huntsmen out? I know it sounds mad but I'm more scared of them coz they are HUGE. Redbacks are sqishable size!

We used visa bureau in London- agents fees prob in the region of
£4500. Think this was worth it as the paperwork looked like a total nightmare (136 visa-nurse), so we felt it would be money well...
