Care homes in oz
Hi,
I'm currently manager of a care home and have been for the last 5 years so my clinical skills are a bit rusty to say the least!!! bit scary at the thought of having to go back to hands on nursing after so long.
Does anyone know how the system works in oz with care/nursing homes and wages ,hours etc.Any info would be great. Can only seem to find info on hospital settings.
We are awaiting our visa to come through, apparently will be here in March, according to agent!!
