Have spoken to the admissions guy at Leeds uni and when I had my interview, its a very grey area apparently. But convinced them I was staying in UK for good so I dont have to pay and secured a NHS...

trust me you will get sick of explaining yourself to everyone. As soon as you see someone they ask "why have you come back here??" it gets on your nerves after the 100th person, but not so many...

Just to let you know it happened to us with the passport, but i lost the husbands, you can apply to the british high commision in wellington for another its not cheap though it was over 200...
