ACCEQA

Can anyone advise me ...I have to get my Bsc (Hons) Degree assessed but someone has said go to ACCEQA, but others have said VETASSES? can anyone shine a light on this please?:)

We have decided Australia would be a better option as I've recently completed my studies, I have cousins and friends there too! Thank for your help.

Question clocks and darkness???

Do the clocks go back an hour for winter in Nz? and when does it get dark in the depth of winter, I am going to the North side.
