Can anyone adivise me on the docs, dentist etc., esp if your on a temp visa? costs?

Doc charge anyway, where I live its $25 per visit, but this area is subsidised. Dentists you need to take out a second mortgage or fly to the Philippines to sell one of your organs and then come back and use the cash for some dental work!
