Buying a house in Tauranga?
We have just bought our house in the Welcome Bay area of Tauranga. One of the least stressful house buying experiences ever! Why? Because our solicitor was fantastic! The estate agents was great and so was the mortgage advisor at Westpac.
We had lots of obsticles, like no work permit, only £ which needed converting as the rate was dropping by the day, but these three people worked together and sorted it all out in two weeks!
Firstly the solicitor was Lynn Cocker at Welcome Bay Law fees $850-$1100, lovely lady, the estate agent Karen Collins at First National Welcome Bay
And Mike Dyer At Westpac n Devonport Road.
Give them a try, i promise you will not regret it. Tell them Rebecca and Colin said hi.

It is pleasurable buying here. We found this too, no messing about and no idiotic red tape. But selling ah thats a different matter the real estate agents fees are scandalous.
