PNP is an option. My husband's job "seems" to be one of the high demand occupations, so we're hopeful :) Our case is a pretty straighforward one, no complex family circumstances, no criminal records,...

They are and they live in Poland permanently. I have never heard of multiple entry visa, but it does sound perfect as they will be coming to visit often.
