Re: Just found this...

Then why don't you moderate with impartiality rather than the farce you've let this site become? Good or bad on the Oz forum, you're 'avin a laugh aren't you?

Re: Just found this...

Ah another dingo that equates London with the rest of Britain. Congrats, you've passed the too stupid to bark test. Now delightful citizens, hmm remind me again, lets see, you've the Wanda Beach...

Re: It takes Balls!!!

I've seen some people taking about Terry on an US triathlon site I'm a member of. Don't know anyone that has them here. I've never been a huge fan on cut outs, they work for some and not for others....

Re: It takes Balls!!!

The saddle isn't very technical. Working out whether you should be 80 or 85% of Zone 3 over 40km hill repeats is better than 60% of Zone 3 over 150km aero, lob in the question of whether power is...

Re: It takes Balls!!!

Specialized Female Body Geometry saddle, or Fizik Arione Female, both around $250. Use a sprit level to make sure your saddle is level and make sure it's not too high. You should have about a 10-15...

Re: Britain and America voted the worst places to bring up kids

If that margerine was sold to you by a dodgy Lebanese builder with fat children who is fiddling Centrelink, then yes, it will make you go blind.

Re: Whos gone/going back?

It's always hard, but the hardest for me was the last time, because we had actually moved over there. But you know, wife comes first and all that. I had no idea how truly depressed I would be at...

Re: Just found this...

Normally I don't respond to dingos if I can help it, but yourself and LPP make it so easy. It's like taking a Cherry Ripe from a puppy. Still taking money for teaching our children the benefit of...

Re: back 2 weeks already

True enough, but that gets back to my first model. Work out what you want to buy, how much you realistically expect the price to rise between now and when your Dad sells, then off set that against...

Re: back 2 weeks already

Well depends on how you view the crash? a crash is only a crash if you can't afford the mortgage, or if you want to sell. If you can't afford the payments that it doesn't matter if there's a crash...

Re: back 2 weeks already

That would depend on how much deposit you have and how much you can earn from it to offset waiting. You'd need to factor in how much you want to borrow against how much appreciation would be in the...

Re: back 2 weeks already

I know Sydney repos have topped the 5,000 mark in last year. Highest on record. Can't imagine it's much different anywhere else. Hang tight and cash in, there's another rise for the UK coming in...

Re: Just found this...

Time and time again you prove your ignorance truly knows no bounds. Perhaps she should have tried Adelaide where she could have been killed and stuffed into a barrel?

Re: What would persuade expats to return home.

Agreed for the most part. However, I'm involved in a few forums ranging from triathlon to guitar recording and most of them have similar organic properties. Topic stuff is mixed with off topic...

Re: House Buyers Guide

I've seen several houses on the market in the UK which say '5% deposit will be paid on this property'. What does that mean exactly, they're knocking 5% off the price or they're giving the buyers some...

Re: back 2 weeks already

If we don't move close to London (with easy access to New Malden for my wife) which is unlikely, we're thinking about Swindon, very affordable and lots of companies that would be interested in both...

Re: Having a bad time

Disagree a little. There's no 'must or must not' when apportioning blame. If it helps her move on with a better attitude, then blame Australia, if it doesn't then don't. It doesn't matter, all that...

Re: Having a bad time

I'm sorry to hear all that Tracey, I hope things get better for you soon. As someone pointed out, having your OH in agreement (albeit reluctantly) to go back is a huge thing, and be thankful for that...

Re: What would persuade expats to return home.

You're right yes. That wasn't the incident I was thinking of though.
