Will be looking as a first time buyer to get a place for 350-400k fairly small near the CBD or at least within 40mins commute not too sure where yet as we haven't done a reccie.

Myself and my Wife have had our visas stamped and are on a flight to Perth on the 14th of June at which time we'll be getting on with setting up banks, medi, getting a rental property and jobs etc et...

Well flights are all booked.
We land in Perth on the 16th June (straight after the IOW festival and the Rolling Stones :rofl: as I wanted) and if all goes well should have my ARTC for electrical...

Good luck for tomorrow everyone.
I'm still waiting on my PCC with the correct DOB on it so know my grant is at least a few weeks away still.
I feel there'll be 1 or 2 grants for our lucky October...

Will I have trouble with not including a DrinkDriving conviction in my application?

Got my PCC's back yesterday and was about to scan and send them when I realised that they got my DOB wrong on them.
What should I do send them back to the MET or send them off to ASPC and get it...
