Default Rockingham / Port Kennedy meet up

Hello

We have been here just over a month and would like to meet up with anyone in the area. We are with two kids, Kieron (11) and Katie (8). We are living in the Port Kennedy area.

As long as there is something for my little "angels" to do to keep them occupied . My suggestion would be a park but not sure if it would be any good for the older kids.
Will have a look to see if there are any decent parks around as I haven't been very far since we arrived.

Lynne

Have pm'd you as well Sally.

my lot will be happy with a park, as long as they have a football and a bit of grass they're easily pleased

If you would like the token aussie to join in, I can reccomend a lovely park in central Rockingham. Turn off Read street at Hungry Jacks and take the second left (near the Hoyts cinema) then just follow around till you see the park. Take the kids scooters or bikes, very nice tracks for them to ride, swings, ducks to feed etc.

I could also give you some advice on what's what in the area and help introduce you to some people too,

Anywhere's good with me.....and don't worry about my older kids, they're boys, they'll bring a football and cricket stuff and will be well happy

My sister goes home tomorrow night so anytime it's going to be quiet here when they've gone!

We've been in Rockingham for 2 months - don't really know anyone yet. I'll come on Thursday if I can, it'll be just me, no kids, OH working. I'm having lunch that day down by beach with couple of expats from Fremantle so depends on time.
