I also pack their PJ's and dress them in them at bedtime as well as doing their usual bed time routine of cleaning their teeth and reading them a story. This seems to give them a bit of normality and...

If you are thinking of giving them something that may help them have a little nap test it out on them before hand first, as I gave one of mine something when we went down once and it did not work and...

I buy my 2 and 3 year olds new toys and wrap them up so they have the fun of opening new gifts throughout the flight it kills a couple of minutes opening it and makes them think its something...
