Ps I have seen the habitation cert for this house so I imagine if people apply then most have them, they are dealt in batches as far as I know!

I am assured by my solicitor in whom I trust that one in particular has a certificate of habitation are you positive you know no other properties you know have them:confused:

I live in Albatera in the campo and was never keen on urbs but i think this is the nicest one I have seen with the mountains and...

I can only speak for certain areas and for sure in Albatera/Hondons you do not need the residents cert to get on the padron!

Which is basically what I said in my posting.

You are right they do take the size of the build and land and have a price on each of these but it does depend on where it is and what land it is on,...
