organised !!!not pushy LOL- they like people who have thought of everything- i only know this cause my children have med cond. i ased consultant if medication would be expensive in oz, she said no...

send as much info. as possible it will be requested anyway so will save you time- gp and consultant letter to verify that there will not be a cost to the oz medical system. good luck.

if the refusal is on medical grounds then it has to be pretty serious as in our case- hubbie only found out that he had kidney probs. through having meds done in Dec. 06- as it will end with a kidney...

can you appeal? maybe get the details from a college about the qualifications(NVQ) oe equivalent- we did this and included them in our application. my OH is a hairdresser and you have got to write...

we have had all the consultations about dialysis and the best treatment would be transplant, obvoiusly we will have to go...

thanks for the info. we have come to the conclusion that our chances of getting a visa are very slim. I e- mailed our panel dr thurs. and he phoned yesturday. he hasn't had the consultation letter...
