This is a good point - we deliberatly stayed away on hot times! ( boy are we gonna be in for a shock!) also prices of accomodation will likely be higher as its their summer, so you may have to...

I would reccomend emailing estate agents in the suburbs you are considering - I have and did get one reply - am waiting on others, but also waiting on replys from furnished accomodation - See what...

Yep we got our visa this week !!!-

Got the call from the agent Wednesday he rang to say he had recieved our passports and that we had the visa!!!!!! - I posted this info on the december...

Yep this was also a concern of mine, so went straight to the horses mouth so to speak, called the Inland Rev, and was told, they they have received loads of applications from Aus pension...

Yep, I "bottle it", every once in a while, ( statistacly speaking - as this site likes their stats, I would reckon its gotta be 80% + that says "what are we doing") At night before I go to sleep...
