Why would a lawyer need to be so close to the consulate? Wouldn't most of a lawyer's dealings with the consulate be by phone, mail, etc?

All I know is: I have never heard anyone who lives in the UK claim that the UK is the best country in the world. The UK seems to improve greatly the farther away you are from it. Funny how so many...
