U.S. Migration/Visa Lawyer in the North of England?

U.S. Migration/Visa Lawyer in the North of England?
Does one exist? Or in the Midlands? A friend of mine needs one, but doesn't want to go all the way to London. Any information would be helpful. Thanks, and have a nice day!

Logic suggests that any specialist would want to be somewhere near the consulate.

Why would a lawyer need to be so close to the consulate? Wouldn't most of a lawyer's dealings with the consulate be by phone, mail, etc?

Give us an idea of his interests ..may be able to put you onto somebody...

So the lawyer can attend interviews.
I'd prefer having a lawyer who would only be available by phone from my home
but could attend my interview in person rather than vice-versa

Just to clarify. Are you saying four hundred british pounds sterling for a one hour consulation with a U.S. immigration attorney in London? Are you serious?
